Hi! I’m Nikki Prokop, Fourte’s alto. I only really started singing last year when I joined Waimea College’s concert choir, Camerata. This year I have been lucky enough to sing in Belle a Cappella under the direction of Chris Burcin. In July we attended the Bonyi International Youth Music Festival in Brisbane and recently competed in The Big Sing National Finale in Christchurch, receiving a silver award. If it weren’t for Bella and the people in it I wouldn’t have the love for singing I have now. Music has become my passion over the last couple of years and I am now one of the student conductors for Camerata and play first violin in the school orchestra. When I leave college I hope to do a Bachelor in Music and Education and see where that takes me. Apart from all this I have a love of film, literature and art. My aims for the future are to own a cafe, learn to speak German and get a cat (much as I love my dog).
Hey, I’m Josh Stewart and I’m the tenor. Always have been, always will be. As you might have guessed I love music. I also have a passion for drama and dance. When I leave college I intend to audition for Toi Whakaari, a drama school in Wellington, and become either an actor or film director (Fingers crossed!). All four of us are members of Belle a Cappella, our schools advanced choir. Nikki and I also conduct our schools larger choir, Camerata. I am a Tenor in NZSSC (New Zealand Secondary Students Choir.) In my spare time I enjoy watching and making movies, writing my own songs, listening and playing music and updating my bebo page! I’ve been learning Japanese for three years and want to go to Japan one day. That’s me in a nutshell! Enjoy!
